## What happened

The prompt or a file breaks the [content rules](https://docs.nocamclub.com/rules.md). As a 400, it was refused at the door. On a failed generation, the model refused a file: it took it for a real person or a protected work.

## What to do

Change the prompt or the file. Don't repeat the same request: refusals count toward a pause of the account.

The real `message` and `hint` name the details of your request, such as the field and the values that work.
